📦 Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
In the same condition as delivered
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to:
A defective or damaged product
