1. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping (within Pakistan): 1–2 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Within Pakistan: Flat rate of PKR 200 per order.

  • Orders above PKR 5000: Free shipping nationwide.

  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment via our courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

  • Organic Oasis will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

At Organic Oasis, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth process.

📦 Returns & Exchanges
  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
    • In the same condition as delivered
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

💸 Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to:
    • A defective or damaged product
    • An incorrect item sent by Organic Oasis
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened/used:

  • Skincare products (creams, serums, cleansers, etc.)
  • Haircare products (shampoos, conditioners, oils, etc.)
  • Cosmetics and makeup items
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions
🔄 Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
